1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zeox, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any future updates published by OneQ.

2. Service Description

Zeox is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides accounting, invoicing, customer management, supplier management, inventory management, reporting, and other business management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

OneQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or violating these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payment

Access to Zeox is provided according to the subscription plan selected by the customer.

Subscription fees must be paid on time to maintain uninterrupted access to the service.

If a subscription expires and is not renewed, access to some or all system features may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Subscription Pricing

OneQ reserves the right to modify subscription plans or pricing at any time to reflect service improvements, operational costs, or market conditions.

If subscription prices change:

The new pricing will not affect your current active subscription period.

Existing customers will be notified in advance before their current subscription expires.

The updated price will only apply upon renewal of the subscription.

Continued use of the service after renewal constitutes acceptance of the new subscription price.

6. System Updates

To improve our services, OneQ may:

Add new features.

Modify existing functionality.

Remove outdated features.

Perform scheduled maintenance.

Release security updates and performance improvements.

Temporary service interruptions may occur during maintenance.

7. Customer Data

All information entered into Zeox remains the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their accounting and business data.

OneQ is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect data entered by users.

8. Data Backup

OneQ performs reasonable backup and security measures to protect customer data. However, customers are encouraged to export and retain copies of important reports and records whenever necessary.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Zeox for any unlawful purpose.

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.

Share accounts beyond the limits of your subscription plan.

Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Use the platform in any manner that negatively impacts other users.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, databases, documentation, and content within Zeox are the exclusive property of OneQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission from OneQ.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

OneQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

Violates these Terms & Conditions.

Misuses the platform.

Attempts unauthorized access.

Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Customers may also request account cancellation at any time.

12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zeox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While OneQ makes every reasonable effort to ensure reliable service, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from:

Internet outages.

Third-party service interruptions.

Customer misuse of the platform.

Data entered incorrectly by users.

Events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Modifications to These Terms

OneQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published within the Zeox platform or on our official website. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
